PDG's Annual Workplace Evaluation is a security-focused operational review — distinct from a standard HR audit. Conducted by experienced security professionals, an AWE provides organizational leadership with an objective, documented assessment of workplace security posture, compliance alignment, and emergency readiness.

An AWE is recommended annually and whenever a significant change occurs — new facilities, leadership transitions, workforce expansions, or following a security incident.

AWE Evaluation Areas

• Physical Security & Safety Measures — Identification of vulnerabilities in access control, perimeter security, surveillance, and physical barriers — with prioritized recommendations for improvement.
• Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance — Evaluation of alignment with applicable safety regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies. Produces documentation suitable for insurance and compliance review.
• Employee Well-Being & Operational Safety Culture — Assessment of workplace safety culture, security awareness, and the human factors that affect overall security posture — because people are both an asset and a vulnerability.

Each AWE concludes with a written report, prioritized findings, and actionable recommendations your leadership team can implement immediately.
